The Re-Launch of Tag Your It! Challenge 1 - On a Bough!

Happy Monday Morning and i hope you are all having an absolutely fabulous Easter Break. I can barely believe its nearly over, doesn't the time fly when you've having a great time?

Well im very excited, as today is the re-launch of a fabulous challenge blog called
Tag. Your It. To be honest i had never heard of it, till i was approached by the fabulous Anne, who invited me to join the DT. Week 1's challenge is called "On a Bough" so we would love to see birds and/or trees on your tags.

As many of you will know i have had a really bad time over the last two years, and i truly believe this invite lifted me out of the last low i was in. I have never made tags before, but was eager to get into this new area of crafting, and happily accepted the invite. Now like i say im new, so my first tag is a bit amateurish! (is there such a word???). I hope i will get better within time. But if you go over to the Tag It challenge blog, you will find some stunning inspiration from the other DT members who are all incredibly talented. I am looking forward to this new venture! and it will be great if you can join us.

I have used one of the inakinkadoo images and the background paper is a page i ripped out of a book. I used the branch of the main image stamp around the outside of the tag, and then added a tree stamp and embossed it for added detail.

The paper was coloured with my distressing pads and i have added some perfect pearls but you can't really see the shimmer from these rubbish photos! so sorry.

It would be lovely for you to join in with our first challenge, and remember you have to make a TAG, hence the name of the Challenge Blog!

Have a great day, and we look forward to seeing your tags, hugs Linda x
