I trust you've all had a good day. Its been raining on and off all day here, but now the sun is breaking through, a bit late in the day i think!!
This morning the children and i took a drive to Mistley to an animal rescue centre. We have decided that the time is right for us to get a dog! we have been toying with the idea for sometime now, but after much discussion, David has agreed that yes, we can have one. We all want a British bulldog, but having looked at the cost, i think this is highly unlikely. I have suggested that we try and rehome a dog. Maybe even a bull-dog. We have found an official rehoming site and are looking into it. You actually have to apply to be considered, which i think is brilliant, after all they've already gone through one upset in their little lives, would be a shame to have to do it again because they had not been re-homed correctly.
So if anyone knows of anyone with all bulldogs please drop me a line.
I finally got round to another challenge, and im now posting my Creative Card Crew Challenge Card for this week.
Sketch and Challenge Entry for Week 11

Absolutely loving the sketch this week, it was a dream to work with and ill definitely be using it again.

Another one of my favourite sugar nellie stamps, coloured again with pro-markers, still trying to get the shading right as you can see!!

Have added gems to the middle of the flowers to add dimension.

Am still practising my decorating of the inside of my cards. Still not quite mastered it, but getting there slowly.

Creative Crew Challenge Week 11 - flower
Its week 12 at the Creative Crew Challenge already, i don't know where the last 11 weeks have gone. Thank you to everyone who has joined us with our challenges and we hope you will continue to do so.
This week the challenge set was flowers, easy you would think? how wrong can you be!! i really struggled this week.
I finally decided on framing my nesties with flowers, which i hope you will like.

This week i coloured my image using the prisma colour pencils blending them with my marvely le plume brush marker blender pen which worked brilliantly!!! much easier to work with than the paper stumps i found.

This is one of my favourite sugar nellie range of stamps, these girls are just gorgeous and make me think of my childhood, i have no idea why, as i certainly didn't have a lovely outfit like that or lovely curly locks like that!!!

I hope you all have a wonderful evening, and will try and pop by some of you blogs later this evening. Hugs Linda x
