HAPPY WEEKEND, QUICK CARDS AND ROCKY BEAR

What a terrible day, its pouring of rain, and its cold again, my heating is on and im sat here wrapped in my warm dressing gown. Just hoping the rain will stop briefly so i can take Rocky Bear out for his morning walk. He is already late this morning, in the week we walk at 6.30am but ive told him in no uncertain terms that at weekends im having a lay in till at least 8.30am. He seems happy enough about it, he's not clawing at the back door or anything, at least not yet.

I trust you are all having a good weekend so far, and hopefully some of you are fairing better than us weatherwise.

Thank you for all your birthday wishes to Ben, and to those of you especially who sent him cards, they were well received, he was thrilled, so thank you.

Yesterday we had a busy day we were at Rollerword then MacDonalds and when we arrived home late afternoon we went on a long walk with Rocky Bear. Unfortunately due to the arrival of our puppy my blogging and crafting time has been drastically reduced, veering on non-existant. I promise to try and get round to visit as many blogs as possible this morning.

I havn't had time to make any cards other than my DT card for tomorrow, so this morning i am posting a card i made before Bears arrival.

I have to make about 30 cards for the shop that sells them for us, and this is one of those cards. I love Paulas sherbert designs, and this is one of my favourites.

Loving my liquid pearls at the moment, especially as im finding it quite hard to get the colours i want in flat backed pearls. I also want some bigger flat backed pearls about 8cm, if anyone knows where i can buy them from please drop me a line. I would prefer them not to be self adhesive if possible!

Im still decorating the inside of my cards when i have time. This one is fairly plain. I believe the papers are SU, aren't they great.

So i thought i would share with you a few photos ive taken of Rocky Bear on our morning walks. Jasmine often gets up and walks before she goes to school. This has been great as it gives us mother/daughter time and we chat about nothing inparticular without interruptions!

Bear absolutely loves hiding in the wheat fields, not so sure Mr Farmer would be so impressed.

This was when the weather was somewhat kinder to me!!! will be rainmac and wellie boots this morning. Not that it kept me dry last time, i ended up with water in my wellies as the rain ran from the end of the mac and into them!!!

I think this photo makes Bear look vicious but believe me he is far from that!!

Another quick fathers day card, loving these Daisy and Dandelion images for quick cards!

and the accompanying papers are fabulous!

Again the inside of the card decorated with left over papers, and that great nestabilitie die!!

Well thats it from me the children are wanting their breakfast and i must get ready to take Bear out. Have a wonderful Sunday and hopefully back in the morning with another Card!
Hugs for now Linda x

I still have a cold so I just stayed in bed and tried to catch up on my sleep till it stopped raining today! Thi smeant I wasn't up till 2! Isn't that awful :) !!!

Your doggy is well named!

Do you mean 8mm flat back pearls? I'll keep an eye out. I have a feeling i saw something like that in The remnant Shop in town. I pass by there on Tuesday. I'll have a look if you like.

Keep warm! (Our heating never got fixed, but I'm in jumpers!)
