Happy Bank Holiday Weekend
It's the last bank holiday for this year, i can not believe its September tomorrow already. The school summer holidays have flown by this year, and i don't seem to have done half of what i had planned with the children. I have struggled to do any crafting, and have lost my mojo and all motivation to craft.
I hope you've all had a wonderful bank holiday weekend. We have had a fairly relaxed one, with plenty of dog walks, a little family entertaining and finally this evening, some crafting!!!!
I absolutely love the die cuts by Lili of the Valley, and this is one of my favourite images. These are just fabulous for a quickie card.
The papers ive had in my paper tray for years, literally, but they lend themselves well to this soo cute image!

I also found these papers in my paper tray which i believe are MME papers. I have teamed them up with the gorgeous Anya girls. Im not overly happy with this card, and the photo is terrible, i must get myself a better camera!

Week 24 - Christmas in August Creative Card Crew Challenge
Good morning my lovelies its Tuesday again and another week at the Creative Card Crew Challenge. This week our challenge is Christmas in August. Can you believe that we are already half through August? i so need to get onw ith my christmas cards, otherwise it will be the usual last minute rush - oh no, cant be facing that again this year.
I have recently brought these gorgeous die cut sheets from Lili of the Valley, how gorgeous are these little girls. I have tarted them up a bit with some liquid pearls, glitter pens and stickles. I have used papers that i brought last year and didn't get round to using up. I am so going to try hard and not give into temptation with any new christmas papers this year!!
We have two fabulous sponsors this year, you will all be familiar with the lovely Nikki, at Bunny Zoes Crafts, she has given us two fabulous prizes to a lucky winner of this weeks challenge.
I am loving these new popcorn bear stamps, but have so far resisted temptation!!!!
And these charms will be a valuable accessory to your creative christmas cards with Popcorn Bear!
Like i say we have two sponsors the second one is the fabulous all that scraps, and if you are lucky enough to be our second winner you have the choice of 3 CC individual stamps or one set, wouldn't you just love that?

I will continue to visit your blog and see your wonderful creations, because you sure are one very talented lady.

WEEK 42 Just Christmas and Birthday Card Challenge
A warm hello to you on this Monday morning! i don't know where the weekend went again, but all i do know is that the dreaded school run will soon be back!!! im determined to make the most of the last couple of weeks. I hope everyone is enjoying their school holidays and that you are still finding some me time and time to craft.
I have to admit my time to craft has been cut drastically the last couple of weeks with everything going on here just now.
I would once again like to thank everyone who has been kind enough to drop me a line regarding my ongoing problems on the homefront. I can not tell you how much this has meant to me, without the lovely comments and emails, i think i would be in a nutty house by now!
I would also like to thank those of you who have been kind enough to purchase some of my crafting stash needing new homes. I will go back to that towards the end of the post.
I have been absent from the JCBC challenge recently due to my personal problems, but am back on the case this week, with one of my own sketches. Not being in touch with my MOJO its the best i could come up with! it would be great if you could join us this week.
I have used one of my rubber romance images for this card. I love this girl and i love this brand of stamps.
I have been thrilled with what i have manged to clear so far, but i still have tons left, i know some of you are concerned i was giving up crafting, oh no, i can't see that ever happening, but i have so many papers, ribbons, embellishments etc, that i shall not use, i thought it would make sense to recycle it! at least thats what ive been telling my hubby, who i admit doesn't look best convinced!!!!

CLEAR OUT and Mystery Packages
CLEAR OUT and Mystery Packages
I have been thrilled with what i have manged to clear so far, but i still have tons left, i know some of you are concerned i was giving up crafting, oh no, i can't see that ever happening, but i have so many papers, ribbons, embellishments etc, that i shall not use, i thought it would make sense to recycle it! at least thats what ive been telling my hubby, who i admit doesn't look best convinced!!!!
I thought i would offer a couple of mystery packages. Obviously i can't tell you what will be in them otherwise they wouldn't be a mystery, but what i can tell you is that they will include the following, ribbons, flowers, papers, embelishments, and if you have a die cutting machine at least one die, 2 x rubber stamps, chipboard . The cost of these will be £20.00 excluding postage and packing.
If you would prefer a larger mystery package i can do that no problem.
Check out posts below this one for other things i still have for sale.
Thank you all for taking the time to read this. I hope you all have a lovely day and i will be back tomorrow with this weeks CCC.

I would like to say thank you to all the lovely comments ive received regarding my ongoing family troubles at the moment. I am always taken back by everyones kind words and it does make all the difference, so thank you all for being such a great support to me at yet another difficult time!!!
Party because of whats been going on and partly because i am in a decluttering mood, i have decided to sell alot of crafting stash that im not using.
You will have seen that ive started listing some stamps on here, but i have to be honest it is taking me forever so ive decided to try something slightly different.
If there is anything that you have wanted to get and havn't yet treated yourself, please drop me a line to see if i can help in any way. I have an endless list of items that im going to part with.

An Award and some quickies Blog candy alert
Good morning to you all. Its raining here, infact its chucking it down!! my Rocky Bear has given up and is laying down asleep. No chance of me walking him in this weather this morning im afraid!!!
Well things here have been hectic since i came back from holiday. I tried to catch up with my blogging last night only to realize that for some unknown reason all the blogs i had been following have been wiped from my dashboard!!!! i can not believe it. I am slowly going back adding you all, but apologise if ive not yet got round to you, please bare with me.
Unfortunately ive had personal problems come to the forefront here again. I have in the past had problems with my eldest son. Unfortunately things have re-surfaced, we are sorting through things as i speak, but due to this i might have to take a break from my blogging. I will try and post when i can, and visit you when i can, but for the time being my priority is the home front. I never thought parenting would be easy, but neither did i realize it would be sooooooo hard, im constantly feeling a failure as a mother, we should be able to protect our children from everything bad, but unfortunately it seems i have not managed to do this!
I hope you are all having a better week than me. There are a couple of quick makes that i made a while back but hadn't got round to posting, and im working on some more cards as we speak.
Enjoy your day and will be in touch again soon.
AN AWARD - THANKYOU

Creative Card Crew Challenge Week 23 - Prince or Princess
It's Tuesday already. I feel i've been away for ages. We had a lovely time in Norwich albeit hard work!! why is it the children aren't just happy sitting and relaxing? i think next time we go away we'll have to take out a second mortgage first!! my children don't seem happy unless we are spending money!
The Dunston Manor Hotel was lovely, although the beds were not very comfortable, which could be why im suffering with my back just now! The food was however very good and it was nice not to have to cook my own breakfast in the mornings! i have come home a few pounds heavier and have had to put myself on a no chocolate/cake diet this week!!!
I am sorry to say im again behind with my commenting! thank you for those who take the time to leave me such kind comments, and i promise to get round to you all just as soon as i can.
I am feeling a little under sorts just now, with this headcold and also pains down my left side. I have been having terrible cramps in my legs and feet too, which in turn meant i had a lousy nights sleep last night and overslept this morning, making my son late for work!!!! not a good start to the week. As they say, things can only get better.
So its week 23 at the Creative Crew Challenge again. We have a challenge for you entitled Prince or Princess. So get those images out and show us what you can come up with. My card im afraid is a bit basic, that MOJO doesn't seem to have returned yet either!
It is a lovely image by Sally-Ann, and this one was pre -coloured, yes, i cheated again!!
Our sponsor this week is the fabulous Simon Says Stamp. To be in with a chance of winning this go to the Creative Card Crew Challenge blog now.

Creative Card Crew Challenge Week 22 - Under The Sea
Good morning to you lovely ladies, i hope your having a good week. As most of you know im actually away at the moment and will not be back till Friday so i have scheduled this post.
This week at the Creative Card Crew Challenge we have the title "Under The Sea" well this isn't strictly under the sea!! basically because i couldn't think of anything!!! i struggled with this challenge and this was the best i could come up with. I love this Greeting Farm image, and the beach huts are embelishments from Paper Bliss, so not only is it not strictly under the sea (but on top!!) ive also cheated!!

AWOL till Friday
So the weekend is nearly over, i trust you've all had a lovely one, with some nice weather and time to craft.
It has been a busy one again here. I have been able to put together a few quick cards but thats it for me until i come back from our short break away.
Tomorrow morning we are off to Dunston Manor outside Norwich. I am really looking forward to a relaxing break, just hoping the weather holds out. We will be coming home Friday so will spend the weekend catching up with you all.
I hope you all have a wonderful week and will miss you all!
I am loving the house mouse images at the moment and this is one of my favourites!
These papers were i believe K & Co. I brought them in a closing down sale last weekend, i just love the colours.
