Good morning, although quite whats good about it im not really sure. It is really dull and overcast this morning, not likely to get to the zoo today, unfortunately. It is so good to be back online, I think i've finally caught up with all my emails, all I need now is some quality time to craft.

I can not believe Jasmine goes back to school on Tuesday, where have the summer holidays gone? It has been such miserable weather for them, with no chance of getting to the coast! This week I have been busily getting Jasmines new school uniform together, why did I leave it to the last minute????! I really should get myself more organized.

Talking of getting myself organized I am determined to start making my christmas cards next month. I have been catching up with your blogs and felt quite humbled at the fact that so many of you have already started your christmas cards, how organized is that? Last year I was so badly organized that I ended up buying some cards, yes, I know that is terrible, but true im afraid. It wont happen this year as with so many inspirational friends now online, I will feel more inspired to make all my own.

Well I finally finished this cute Tilda card, it's taken a week on and off. Not completely happy with it as it feels like its missing something, but not quite sure what it is. Any suggestions please let me know, always open to suggestions.

Now before I forget, I don't know if any of you ladies know of a good cause that may be interested in receiving some of my cards? I have a pile that I would like a new home for, not so detailed as some of mine but they might make a few pence with a good selling technique!!! I don't really sell many of my cards as I dont have the confidence to push them but neither do I have the room to store them all, so if anyone can help me I would be very grateful.

Am hoping to post some of my holiday photos later today, so if you are interested please come back. Must sort out the childrens breakfast now, don't want them fading away!

Hello Everyone - What a Month!!

It seems an eternity since i've been able to blog! Finally BT have installed a new cable for our line, and fingers crossed we will have no further problems with our internet. I have sssooooo missed you all. I apologise for those who are still awaiting emails from me, I will be in touch just as soon as I can. I can not believe just how much ive missed my internet, what did we do before such wonderful technology?!!

Well my holiday seems but a distant memory, I wil download some photos later.

With no internet access, you would have thought, I would have got loads of crafting done! well, no such luck, having the children on school holidays has seen to that. I am infact on a time scale now, as I am meant to be taking the children roller skating today with my sister and her children. I would rather stay here and blog, but needs must! hee, hee!!

Anyway this is one of the cards I made using one of those cute toread character decoupage sheets. This little cutie actually reminds me of my sister, will have to find a photo so you can see for yourselves.
The papers are K & Co, the gems were a free gift from one of the craft magazines months ago.

This is another card using the beautiful Magnolia image which was sent to me by one of my lovely friends.

The flowers are punched out using my retro flower punches and the leaves are prima leaves. The papers are from the 'Boxer' range from Basic Grey.

I brought some Bella stamps while I was on holiday but havn't got round to using them yet, as well as some of the My Favourite Things range. Am looking forward to some quality crafting time when the children are back at school. So watch this space, and please get in touch so I know you havn't forgotten me!

Before I forget thank you to all the ladies in Karins swap who have sent me their cards, I now have your addresses and my cards will be on their way to you this week, thank you for your patience.
